TERM OF LIQUIDATION:

A simplified procedure can be applied if the organization:
- is not a VAT payer
- does not conduct certain types of activities
- does not apply a special regime for agricultural producers
- has not been previously reorganized
- is not included in the tax audit plan
In all other cases, the general liquidation procedure is applied.
